LE BASTARDE ROSATO DI TOSCANA IGT
It is obtained by 100% Sangiovese grapes, by separating the must from the skins right after a few hours of contact, as soon as it has absorbed a pinky colour. The wine, which is richly scented and with a light sweet finish in the mouth, can be enjoyed as an aperitif or can be matched with appetizers, firt dishes with simple sauces, fresh cheeses and fish in general.
Some of the must is set apart from the skins right after a few hours of cold maceration. The fermentation is at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C.
Salmon-pink colour. Intense flowery and fruity nose, with raspberry and wild strawberry notes. Medium-bodied wine, it has a lively acidity but balanced by a good smoothness. Slight but well integrated sweetness on the finish.
