LE BASTARDE ROSATO DI TOSCANA IGT It is obtained by 100% Sangiovese grapes, by separating the must from the skins right after a few hours of contact, as soon as it has absorbed a pinky colour. The wine, which is richly scented and with a light sweet finish in the mouth, can be enjoyed as an aperitif or can be matched with appetizers, firt dishes with simple sauces, fresh cheeses and fish in general.
GRAPES: Sangiovese 100%.
TECHNIQUE: Some of the must is set apart from the skins right after a few hours of cold maceration. The fermentation is at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Salmon-pink colour. Intense flowery and fruity nose, with raspberry and wild strawberry notes. Medium-bodied wine, it has a lively acidity but balanced by a good smoothness. Slight but well integrated sweetness on the finish. |
